"My journey in Transportation started in December of 1999 when I was hired as a Customer Service Representative at our local Railroad, where I fell in love with Logistical Transportation. However, in 2009 my job was transferred to Kansas City, MO and I didn’t follow, which forced me to step outside of my comfort zone. Shortly after, I was hired as a Transportation Coordinator at our local papermill where I was introduced to Dry Van and Flatbed Freight.

At the papermill I learned how to schedule inbound traffic, negotiate freight rates, master the most cost-efficient routes, book drivers and fulfill the Mill, my customers and shipper needs. While working with owner operators I saw a need for them to have an individual dispatcher to handle all the administrative tasks that comes with being an owner operator such as booking loads, requesting pickup and delivery appointments, requesting detention, filling out new carrier packets etc. I believe the owner operators should go on their journey stress free."
